Grilled mushrooms

Ingredients (4 people):
  • 750 g of mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus)
  • Bread crumbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Oil
  • Parsley
Preparation time:
  • 30 minutes

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the stems off the mushrooms and clean them well. Season them.
  2. Place them on the griddle, not too hot, and brown them on both sides.
  3. Place them in a dish and keep them warm.
  4. Fry the garlic and chopped parsley in a little oil.
  5. Add a spoonful of breadcrumbs and a few drops of lemon juice and pour this preparation over the mushrooms.
  6. Serve hot.
Trick: You can complete the dish with some shavings of Spanish Serrano ham or foie.
