How to prepare:
- Cut the stems off the mushrooms and clean them well. Season them.
- Place them on the griddle, not too hot, and brown them on both sides.
- Place them in a dish and keep them warm.
- Fry the garlic and chopped parsley in a little oil.
- Add a spoonful of breadcrumbs and a few drops of lemon juice and pour this preparation over the mushrooms.
- Serve hot.
