Mushroom salad

Ingredients (4 people):
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
Preparation time:
  • 1 hour

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and clean them.
  2. Let them dry on kitchen paper and cut them in very thin slices.
  3. Put them in a deep salad bowl with the lemon juice, salt and a little ground black pepper. Stir them well and let them rest for 1 hour.
  4. Drain and add oil and salt.
  5. They can be served alone or with any type of salad.
Tip: To clean the mushrooms it is not recommended to soak them. Simply cut the stem a little, wipe them with a clean damp cloth or a brush. If you wash them, do it only briefly and under cold running water and let them dry on kitchen paper.
