Marinated mushrooms

Ingredients (4 people):
  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
Preparation time:
  • 15 minutes

How to prepare:

  1. Clean the mushrooms, slice them very thinly and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  2. Place them in a salad bowl or flat dish, add salt, a little ground black pepper, oil and Modena vinegar.
  3. Let stand 1-2 hours in the refrigerator and serve.

Tip: Sprinkling with lemon prevents oxidation and the mushrooms stay white longer.
